This reminds me of a stage or orator stand. The character on the front is wearing a handband with wings and seems to have an outfit with feathers to also mimic wings. This could be to mimic other goddesses or even god and angels. Or perhaps to replace lost wings.

The word Lapo is to pull the heel or leg. A variation of the word can also mean laugh.

And given the pulled skirt of the winged goddess, I think this is an early version of Aphrodite or related to her. Over the course of her evolution, it is likely that Aphrodite lost her wings and serpent/fish tail.

 

And the unattributed naked goddess idol does have the same bracelets as an Aphrodite/Isis/Hathor.
