The Drych are an Old World order of seers and diviners. They have sworn an oath to not practice magic and, as such, are protected by their human patrons and benefactors. Their financial support comes from the most wealthy and connected of all humans. They want and need for nothing. But any error in their prediction could ultimately mean the end of their order. So when their enemies begin to alter the world to make it look as though their prophecies are wrong, the Drych have to turn to the Draoi for assistance.
