St. Christopher
In my book, The Goddess Aped, it is the bloodline of the anointed that is in Christopher. He literally carries the “Christ Within.” He does not carry the burden or any shame. He is a magical shape-shifter of divine origin. It is the Greek and Catholic Churches that later come up with the story of Christopher carrying the “Christ” across a river. As my story details, there is an interaction between Christopher and a young princess/fallen angel and he does help her through the flood.
