Good Surf Dallas

This is why I protect my brand names.

Today, June 13, 2023, a Dallas Company announced they are starting a surf-themed restaurant and bar called GoodSurf. The wavepark business isn’t supposed to open until next year. My brand has been out for a while now and is well-documented. My mom’s friend just moved to Dallas so maybe she is lifting ideas, but that is the wrong route for them. Guess I will put designs on hold until they fold.

They just came up with their concept. Mine has been out there.
