Golden Blood

As an embodiment, I chose to no longer have this “unicorn blood” discernable by tests or the results released in any way among humans. Why? They would hunt for it. Humans felt entitled to what it might cure or bring. They were wrong.

When the alien visitors arrived in the wave during my Junior/Senior of high school, they wanted the distinction of having the “Golden Blood.” I make no statements as to the species or race of those with “Golden Blood.” Even if they were alien, the body would be a host and not readily or apparently different from any other human. As far as I know, they have not been hunted for it or abused as I was.

That may be because it has not shown the same curative properties.
