For Carson High, one of the biggest events was the bonfire for Homecoming.

Most alternative people steered clear of it, but I was there. It is what made me want to cheer for Carson.

The following year I wasn’t able to go. Call me selfish, but I was glad it had been cancelled. I definitely wanted to be there. We moved back to Oak Harbor shortly after.
