Most of us readers wouldn’t have even paused. So, Nicole, do you go looking for arcane references to that line or perhaps a song lyric? No, I wait for what pops into my head. Now you might think they are all mind-readers. Vampyre really are but so are some humans. Not because they possess special powers, but rather they are well-connected and have possession of patented technology that allows them to do so. This used to be through nodes- as recently publicly demonstrated through a crude decoy piece developed by Elon Musk. Don’t worry. Elon will “miraculously” develop a neuralink/neurolink or (assist in the development) that does not require surgery because it is, in fact, based on other patented devices and software that is currently used as voice-to-skull practices.
